These Terms and Legal Notice govern access to and use of the TerpsScore platform. By registering and ticking the acceptance box, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
This document is available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Identity of the owner

2. Purpose and scope
TerpsScore is a software platform to organize, manage and judge “cannabis cup” type competitions, with a single global account for the user. These terms govern the relationship between the user and TerpsScore.
3. Nature of the service and cannabis disclaimer
TerpsScore is solely a software tool for organizing competitions. TerpsScore does NOT produce, sell, distribute, supply, transport or facilitate cannabis or any substance.
TerpsScore does not take part in the physical event, nor in the delivery, handling, custody or tasting of the samples. Each competitor is the sole and exclusive party responsible for the samples they present; neither TerpsScore, nor Resolutiva, nor the event organizer is liable for the legality or content of the samples submitted by competitors.
4. User responsibility for their samples
The user is the sole and exclusive party responsible for the legality of the cultivation, possession, transport, holding and photographing of the cannabis they present and of the samples they upload to the platform.
By registering you declare that you comply with all applicable legislation in your jurisdiction, that you hold any necessary authorization, and that you fully assume the content and legality of your samples and your participation. TerpsScore and Resolutiva act merely as providers of a software service, and the event organizer merely uses that software to run the competition; none of them assumes any responsibility for the content or lawfulness of each competitor's samples, which lies exclusively with that competitor.
5. Registration, account and age
To use the service you must register with truthful data and be over 18. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
6. Acceptable use conditions
You undertake not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to upload content that infringes third-party rights or the law, and not to impersonate identities or abuse the service. The organizer and TerpsScore may disqualify samples, remove content or suspend accounts that breach these conditions.
7. Off-platform payments
Enrolment money is exchanged directly between competitor and organizer. TerpsScore and Resolutiva do not manage, intermediate or guarantee payments, charges or refunds of any kind.
8. Anonymity, results and visibility
Samples are judged anonymously. When voting closes, the results may reveal the competitor's name. You control, sample by sample, the public visibility of your photos from your profile.
9. Intellectual property
The brand, software and content of the platform belong to TerpsScore and Resolutiva. You retain the rights over the photos you upload and grant us a limited, free licence to display them on the platform for the purpose of the service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerpsScore, Resolutiva and the event organizer are released from liability for content uploaded by users and for the legality of the samples submitted by each competitor; TerpsScore and Resolutiva are also not liable for the acts of organizers and competitors or for any incident at the physical event.
11. Indemnification
The user undertakes to hold TerpsScore, Resolutiva and the event organizer harmless from any claim, penalty or damage arising from their content, their samples or any breach of the law or these terms.
12. Third-party links
The platform may contain links to third-party sites. TerpsScore neither controls nor is responsible for their content or policies.
13. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
14. Modification and termination of the service
We may amend these terms or suspend the service in whole or in part. You may close your account at any time. The version of the terms in force will be the one published on this page.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of Spain shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
16. Language prevalence
In the event of any discrepancy between the versions of these terms in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.
